Graduated in Economics, with honors, and with a Masters Degree in Logistics and transportation.
Always dedicated to business Development of innovative and sustainable business models, and intensive professional experience in the energy and innovation field, from Oil & Gas (Agip Petroli- International division), to renewables and even to smart city, corporate energy efficiency and e-mobility, supporting the most innovative wave at that time (i.e. energy transition).
Excelled as an energy and telecommunications manager in multinational companies, in both public and private sectors (ENI, Telecom Italia, CDC and Enel).
Currently Head of Electrification in Enel; also Vice President in Confindustria – Genoa, responsible for PNRR execution and port energy transition.
Appointed as Ambassador of Genoa in the world by Mayor Marco Bucci.
Among the founders of Genoa Smart City Association in 2010, the first example of a Smart City municipal aggregation in the world, now on the Board of Directors of the Association.
Had the initial inspiration for and oversaw the “Libella” project by Renzo Piano; the project is based on a small sustainable wind turbine well integrated into the environment.
